Biography:
Arella is the mother of the Teen Titan Raven and dwells on
Azarath, where Raven was born. Raven sought out Arella for help
against her father, Trigon. Arella told her that nothing could be
done; that the path for Raven was chosen at her birth. Raven refused
to believe it, but her visit to Azarath was cut short and she was
forced to return to the Titans and face Slade.
